Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern the purchase of products through the website oversuspension.eu (hereinafter, the "Website"), owned by:

2. Purpose and Acceptance

By placing an order on the Website, the customer declares that they are over 18 years of age and accepts these Terms of Service in the version applicable at the time of purchase. We recommend that you read them carefully and keep a copy. The contract is concluded in Spanish and the order is archived in our systems; you may request a copy from us at any time.

3. Products

We sell suspension kits and components for motocross and enduro motorcycles. Each product page specifies the compatible brands, models, and manufacturing years.

  • Compatibility: Before purchasing, the customer must verify that the product corresponds to the make, model, and year of their motorcycle. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@oversuspension.eu before placing your order.

  • Images: Product photographs are for illustrative purposes and may show minor differences in color or finish compared to the product delivered.

  • Installation: We recommend that installation be carried out by a qualified workshop or mechanic, following the manufacturer's instructions. Incorrect installation may affect motorcycle safety.

4. Purchasing Process

  1. Select the product and add it to your cart.

  2. Enter your contact details, shipping address, and shipping method.

  3. Review the order summary (products, price, taxes, and shipping costs) and complete the payment.

  4. You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. The contract is deemed concluded when we send this confirmation.

Before confirming payment, you may correct any errors in the information entered by returning to the previous steps.

5. Prices and Taxes

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include the applicable VAT within the European Union. Shipping costs are indicated separately before completing the purchase.

Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees that may apply to shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or countries outside the European Union. These charges are determined by the destination authorities and are payable by the recipient.

6. Payment Methods

The payment methods available are displayed on the checkout page. Payments are processed through secure platforms; QUANTO VALE LA TUA VITA, S.L. does not store your complete card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made from Spain. Estimated delivery times, shipping companies, and customs conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

8. Order Cancellation

You may request the cancellation of your order by contacting us at info@oversuspension.eu before the order has been shipped. In this case, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already left our warehouse, you may exercise your right of withdrawal as described in the following section.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you are a consumer, the law grants you a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal. For your convenience, we extend this period to 93 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without the need to provide any justification.

  • How to exercise your right: Send an email to info@oversuspension.eu stating your order number and your decision to withdraw. We will inform you how and when the product will be collected.

  • Return costs: Returns are free of charge through our courier service.

  • Product condition: The product must be returned complete, with its original packaging and invoice.

  • Refund: We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, QUANTO VALE LA TUA VITA, S.L. shall not be liable for damages resulting from incorrect installation, use of the product for purposes other than those intended, or the selection of a product that is not compatible with the customer's motorcycle. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to customers under applicable consumer protection legislation.

12. Intellectual Property and Data Protection

The rights relating to the content of the Website are described in our Legal Notice. The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence within the European Union.
